In addition to its publishing clients, Renaissance represents their own film & television rights, as well as, those of agents and publishers worldwide who use Renaissance as their co-agent in Los Angeles to exploit such rights in the Hollywood community. With high-profile relationships with top-tier producers, production management companies, studios, and television networks, Renaissance’s sales to television and film entities has been robust in recent years, with nearly one property per week being optioned for development.

Renaissance is also actively involved in producing films, television series, movies and web content with and without client participation. Clients enjoy participation in Renaissance driven content based upon client material as it helps maintain the content creator’s vision and allows their meaningful input during the development and production of their properties. The co-producing collaboration with clients led to the feature film What to Expect When You’re Expecting and the Lifetime hit movie, Homeless to Harvard and will continue with projects currently in development at Netflix and Critical Content. Nevins has also provided producing services for reality television productions and direct to DVD videos.
